Systemic and Structural Transformation
We believe the pathway to equitable outcomes is rooted in systemic and structural transformation.
We recognize people as their whole, complex selves, knowing we each carry multiple identities and experiences that inform our perspectives.

Dynamic Growth and Learning
Honoring Grandma's Love
Little Pineapple Collaborative was named in honor of Kelsey’s grandmother and all the elders who came before her. Kelsey’s grandmother nicknamed her Little Pineapple, and taught her to always set an extra place at the table and to never take life too seriously. These ways of being guide Kelsey and the team at Little Pineapple Collaborative by focusing on creating a sense of belonging in all that they do and adding a touch of creativity to keep things fresh.
Our
Focus
