Laura Lehman

Founder and Principal of Integra Collaborative

Laura Lehman brings fifteen years of experience working with communities, nonprofit organizations, and funders organizing for structural justice. Laura is the Founder and Principal of Integra Collaborative, a consultancy specializing in learning and strategy for power building, advocacy, and systems change efforts. Integra creates spaces and processes that strengthen the relationships, networks, and dynamics within organizations and their ecosystems.

Laura is an experienced process designer, facilitator, and evaluator grounded in inclusive and participatory methods. She is passionate about connecting people and ideas across borders, supporting teams to identify powerful questions that make a difference for their work, and centering the people and communities closest to the issues to ensure meaningful results. Her experience spans across multiple contexts and cultures, contributing to her spirit of curiosity, empathy, and adaptability. She believes that to achieve ambitious and necessary change, we must also shift our own mindsets, practices, and relationships to organize for just and equitable futures. 

Laura received her MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and BA in English and Anthropology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is also a painter and writer, and is always working to balance too many creative endeavors.

Jason Spector

Founder and Principal of Equitable Impact Strategies (EIS)

Jason Spector founded Equitable Impact Strategies (EIS) to partner with organizations seeking to advance equitable impact with deep intentionality. Jason is a seasoned leader and strategist, with 15+ years of experience in advancing strategy, evaluation, and leadership for social impact entities seeking to operate with an equity lens. His work spans from education and youth development, to housing policy, to public health, and human rights.

Before launching EIS, Jason held a senior role at Policy Studies Associates, consulting on education and social impact capacity-building at the national, state, and local levels. Previously, Jason served as the National Senior Director of Strategy and Evaluation for After-School All-Stars, a nonprofit reaching 90,000 youth annually, where he led the evaluation and the development of national and local equity-centered strategic plans across 19 chapters. 

Jason is also committed to systemic change in his civic capacity. He recently served as a mayoral appointee to the DC Commission on Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes, chairing the Outcomes and Needs Assessment Committee, where he strove to align city-wide policies and practices to community strengths and needs.

Recognized by the National AfterSchool Association as one of the most influential evaluators in the country, Jason holds expertise in conducting equity audits and assessments, advancing organizational strategy around equity implementation, engaging in field action research, and group facilitation. Jason is a graduate of Bowdoin College and earned his Master's in Public Policy in Education from Vanderbilt University.

Nia Smart

Principal Consultant at Smart Public Health

Nia is a seasoned public health professional and Principal Consultant with a proven track record in driving impactful collaborations and initiatives on local, state, and national levels. Committed to advancing health equity and improving healthcare access for underserved communities, Nia's expertise lies in strategic communication, project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and health equity advocacy.

With a wealth of skills including contract and program management, conducting focus groups, synthesizing data, and delivering comprehensive reports, Nia brings a multifaceted approach to her work. Her ability to foster meaningful community engagement and her proficiency in navigating complex public health challenges are evident in her successful initiatives. 

Renowned for her adeptness in driving change through collaboration, Nia excels in facilitating dynamic partnerships and leveraging resources for maximum impact. Her dedication to synthesizing diverse perspectives and crafting inclusive solutions underscores her commitment to effecting positive change. 

Nia's comprehensive experience, coupled with her passion for public health, positions her as a valuable asset in the pursuit of health equity and social justice. Virginia Roncaglione

Learning, Coaching, and Organizational Development Practitioner

Virginia is a strategy, learning, and coaching practitioner with 13 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropy sectors in the US and Italy.  

Virginia’s experience approach to strategy and learning hinges on the principles of equitable evaluation and transformative coaching and endeavors to share power and resources while building relationships with integrity and compassion at the center. She has expertise in participant ownership and co-design, and a deep understanding of advocacy ecosystems and grassroots organizing.

Virginia is also a life coach, dedicated to supporting professionals in the nonprofit/philanthropy world creating value-aligned careers and lives. She has a Masters in Global Health from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of South Asian Studies from SOAS University of London.

Nikita Singh

Founder and Lead of Aam Pannaa Creations

Nikita Singh is a woman driven by a powerful mission. As the founder and lead of Aam Pannaa Creations, a marketing consultation service dedicated to providing organic marketing solutions for early-stage startups. S, she's empowering entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to fruition through marketing and branding. Her journey started, enriched by her role as a marketing head at a Netherlands-based venture capital firm and is enriched by leading teams for NGOs and startups. Nikita has , is a testament to her unwavering commitment and wealth of knowledge to support early-stage startups and NGOs.

Nikita's journey includes being of accomplishments is a tapestry of diverse achievements. She is not only an author of, her book "Shades of Humanity" and earned a nomination for Best Author (Poet Category) in 2021, but also a highly educated professional. She holds her academic credentials include a degree in English Honors from DU India, a Master's from St. Bedes Shimla, and an Executive MBA in Marketing from MICA. Her professional achievements span winning case study competitions and scaling social media handles from 0-11k in just six months, showcasing her exceptional versatility and multi-faceted skills.

Nikita is passionate about creating social impact while also being creative. She firmly believes that great products can be made but can only be sold if marketed well. For her, LinkedIn creations and personal branding are the way forward. She's even involved in a community startup supporting girl child education, where she has personally mentored several young girls, showing that her commitment to making a positive impact goes beyond her professional work.
